San Diego Direct Marketing Association (SDDMA) - Ann has served on the board since 1997.
American Institute of Graphic Artists (AIGA) - Ann servers as PR Chair.
San Diego Ad Club - Ann has served as VP of Marketing.
Friends of the San Diego Psychiatric Society - Ann served on the board for 2 years.  Helped launch the "When not to Keep a Secret" Essay project in San Diego.
 
Awards Prior to Visual Antics
Won scholarship based on portfolio and essay and attended the International Design Conference, Aspen.  Participated in the Student Fellowship Program under Milton Glaser. June 1988.
Won competition to design and produce announcement for San Diego State University, University Art Gallery exhibition. January 1988
 
Selected to exhibit design in Graphic Design Group Poster Show. Fall 1987.
 
Designated "Most Artistic" by fellow high school peers Senior year.  Spring 1984
